The dissertation deals with the peculiarities of criminal proceeding in application of the compulsory measures of tutoring character. The proposals concerning improving of rules about the subject of proving in the cases of juvenile crimes, procedure of juvenile's dismissal of liability with the application of the compulsory measures of tutoring character, regulating of proceeding in another categories of cases about the application of the compulsory measures of tutoring character with the aim to remove blanks, collisions in legal regulation, to improve law practice in this kind of cases have been formulated.
