The electromagnetic processes are investigated in insulation of the voltage transformer НОМ-10 at internal overvoltages in a network 10 kV. In the system "winding-insulation" of transformer at external influence there are attenuation swaying processes with frequency of fins. At commutations of electric network on the insulation of equipment except for compelled one an also attenuation free constituent operates with frequency of fnеt. If fnеt = fins there is resonance.
