Essay

The paper demonstrates a correlation between tumor necrosis factor-? (TNF- а), p16 gene methylation, apoptosis index (AI) and clinical and morphological characteristics of noncancerous growths and ovarian cartinomas; in addition, a correlation between morphological changes in tumors of hatients with ovarian carcinoma and the factors listed above, under neo-adjuvant chemotherapy (neo-ChT), is specified more precisely; the paper also shows the possibility of their use, diagnostics and ancrease in therapy effectiveness.
