In the dissertation the task of quality improvement of information supply of dispatching centres, which control ground transport by means of modern navigating and telecommunication technologies, is solved. The advanced methods and algorithms of space-time processing of the navigating information, which allow achieving with affordable hardware and computing expenses a necessary level of accuracy of definition of vehicle coordinates, are developed.
