Essay

Тhe dissertation is devoted to a determination of chronic ulcer defects, healthy skin and fetal membranous antigen fibroblasts complex. Also, phenotypic features of chronic venous ulcer fibroblasts and possibilities of their functional and phenotypic modification in mix-cultures with fetal fibroblasts were determined. It is shown that some activation and adhesion molecules are absent or reduced level of expression on chronic venous ulcer fibroblast surface. Distinctions of healthy skin and chronic ulcer defect fibroblast proliferation rate are exposed. A cell model of chronic ulcer and fetal fibroblast mix-cultures is developed. It is shown that joint culture leads to increasing of proliferation rate of ulcer fibroblasts and to the renewal of damaged integrin chains. The results obtained prove the ability of fetal fibroblasts to influence positively on functional possibilities of venous etiology chronic ulcer fibroblasts.
