Essay

Subject of research: patients with an acute myocardial infarction. Aim - studying of dynamics of parameters of antiendotoxic immunity in patients with a myocardial infarction depending on the period of disease and severity of a condition. Methods - clinical, laboratory, tool, immunologic, statistical. Novelty - parameters of humoral antiendotoxic immunity in patients with a myocardial infarction depending on the period of disease and severity of a condition for the first time are investigated. Results - in patients with a myocardial infarction oppression specific (antiendotoxic antibodies of class M, G) and activation nonspecific (LBP, sCD14) parameters of antiendotoxic immunity is observed. For an estimation of severity of a condition and forecasting of a lethal outcome definition of a condition of antiendotoxic immunity in addition is recommended.
