Babenko A. Prevention of illegal cultivation of drug containing plants by internal affairs bodies.

The dissertation paper is focused on the complex research of the Criminal Law and Criminological aspects of prevention of illegal cultivation of drug containing plants. The carried research allowed to find out the principles of existence and development of such antisocial phenomenon as illegal cultivation of drug containing plants, it allowed to create the profile of the person that is engaged into this illegal activity and to find out the reasons and conditions that cause the aforementioned type of crime.An important scientific conclusion is that the paper gives definite suggestions towards the improvement of preventative measures as well as the recommendations towards the improvement of law in the area of illegal cultivation of drug containing plants.
