Nikolishyn I. Treatment of hard fluorosis with ceramic veneers

The dissertation work is devoted to the problem of hard stages of fluorosis treatment. On a laboratory investigation basis the new method of fluorised teeth preparation under ceramic veneers have been worked out. For the first time, in the same conditions some of physical-mechanical properties of composite luting cements for adhesive onlays (RelyX ARC, BiFix DC), it's adhesion quality, dye penetration in the contact area with hard tissues of fluorised teeth have been investigated, also the application recommendations have been worked out. The clinical estimation criteria for ceramic veneers treatment were proposed. There were treated 32 patients with hard fluorosis, and made 205 veneers (115 veneers fixed with RelyX ARC - 1 group and 90 fixed with Bifix DC - 2 patients group). Positive results in a far observation terms determined in a 94, 5% in first group and 93, 3% - in the second group. The principal results of dissertation work have been inculcated at practical dentistry.
