Essay

Dissertation is devoted to questions of preparing and complications profilaxis of patients, that suffer from arterial hypertension, correction of their conditions appeared during treatment by nonremovable prosthetic constructions by complex of psychotherapeutic procedures, which allows to avoid undesirable oscillation of AP and further possible complications. There were studied the negative emotions and states of nervousness and fear at stomatologial patients with arterial hypertension,as reasons, that hinder to ad-dress for ortopedical help in time. There were made and used the complex psychoprofilaxis that allowed to decreas the quahtity of complications during the ortopedic treatment and to improve the ortopedic treatment of patients with arterial hypertension. Conducted analysis of received data confirmed the interrelation between vegetative in-dexes and psychoemotional state of patients with arterial hypertension in clinic of orthopedic stomatology.
