Pilyk V. Lexical and Grammatical Structure of Turkish Newspaper Text

Thesis is devoted to the research of lexical and grammatical structure of the Turkish newspaper language. The complex linguistic analysis of lexical means of the language is carried out and their role and operating conditions in the basic genres of the Turkish newspaper publicistic writing is characterized. The system classification of terminology units has been conducted on the basis of their usage in the text of newspaper, the detailed research of title as element of newspaper text is conducted for more complete description of its lexical and grammatical structure. The features of grammatical organization of newspaper language according to the laws of separate genre are described, the syntactic construction of sentences, the method of distributing separate types of sentences, the functions of direct and indirect speech, infrastructural elements are selected.
