Revenko J. The improvement of technological process and unit for mixed fodders in enterprises conditions

. The thesis is dedicated to the problem of the resource costs reduction and mixed fodders making quality increasing in agricultural enterprises' conditions by means of improvement of the technological process and its realization facilities.As a result of variants complex estimation rational principles of the mixed fodders units assembling are motivated, as well as their resource saving types and sizes, the conditions of technological element capacity concordance are determined. The equations for calculation of the mass and moment of inertia of impact bar with variable parameters, balanced on blow relatively suspension axis are derived.The rational constructive-technological scheme of a mixed fodders unit is motivated, and for this unit main parameters of impactor-mixer are determined.The improved decisions of the structure of a mixed fodders unit and an impactor-mixer while fulfilling of zoo-technical requirements relatively to the mixed fodders making quality provide the possibility to increase productivity in 1,8-2 times without drive power changing and to reduce specific operating costs by 26 % in comparison with existing plants.
