Ivanova E. Legal regulation of the land use of dwelling and public building in the towns of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of development and present-day state of legal regulation of the land use of dwelling and public building in the towns of Ukraine. Principal stages in forming of legal regulation of land relations in the towns are examined. A concept and land composition of dwelling and public building are analysed. Legal grounds of the land use of dwelling and public building under conditions of including of the towns' lands in marketing are investigated. Management peculiarities of the lands of this category are determined. Principal kinds of violations of land and nature protection legislation while using land resources in the towns are considered, their reasons are established and the ways of overcoming are pointed out. Theoretical conclusions on the investigated problems and practical suggestions on improvement of the Ukrainian legislation about the land use of dwelling and public building in the towns of Ukraine are formulated.
