Bubleynyk V. Combating illegal drug marketing: criminal-legal and criminological aspects.

The dissertation researches criminal-legal and criminological ways of combating illegal drug, psychotropic substances or their analogues trafficking. The objective, subjective and qualitative characteristics of the crime provisioned in the article 307 Criminal Code of Ukraine are defined. The complex of the activities meant to heighten the effectiveness of the law enforcement bodies in prevention and investigation of crimes in the sphere of illegal drug marketing is offered on the basis of Ukrainian drug market development tendencies, definition of the drug dealer generalized portrait and determination of the causes and conditions that favor the drug abuse spreading as well as illegal drug trafficking in Ukraine. The changes to the contemporary legislation are offered.
