The thesis is devoted to issues of legal regulation of currency control. The author analyses the notion of currency control, its goal, tasks, principles and functions, researches the mechanism of currency control and legal-organizational forms of currency control. Foreign experience in organization and functioning of currency control are analyzed. The suggestions on improvement of legal regulation of currency relations in the sphere of currency control in Ukraine are specified.
