Essay

The work researches the concept and essence of the pre-judicial investigation with a set of examples, analyzes the legal grounds of stopping the criminal cases. Besides the thesis deals with the vales of bringing them by the prosecutor or the investigator for the trial and stopping them in the court often the first hearing. There are many points of view concerning the classification of reasons leading to the stopping of criminal cases which have been studied and their experience has been generalized.
