Nikolaychenko G. Representation in Labour Law of Ukraine.

The thesis is devoted to examination of theoretical and practical questions in legal regulation of relations arising out of representation of employees’ and employers’ interests in the sphere of law. Definition, legal attributes, structure, types of representation in labour law, its relation to representation in other fields of law are determined. Basic attention in the thesis is drawn to exploration of representation of employees’ and employers’ interests in the social dialogue in the sphere of law. On the basis of the analyzed special literature in general theory of law, labour law, civil law, civil procedural law, criminal procedural law, international law and other fields of law, legislation in force and practice of its application, international labour standards and positive legislative experience of foreign countries, specific proposals and recommendations on the improvement of legal regulation of relations of employees’ and employers’ interests representation in the sphere of law are provided."
