The dissertation investigates the theoretical and practical problems of the legal status of the victim as the subject of the criminal procedural proving at the different stages of proceeding. The paper analyzes the legal rules of the criminal procedural law regulating the status of a person being criminal offence victim at the separate stages of the court proceedings; it is defined the problems of the victim's legal rights and legal interests protection and also the procedural forms of his or her participation in proving at the pre -trial stage; the rights and obligations of the victim as the subject of the criminal procedural proving during the court consideration and the court decisions of cases at the court of first appearance and during the review of judgment are outlined.
