The new decision of a scientific and technical problem - an establishment of laws of reception of carbide steel Р6М5Ф3-20 % ТіС by hot forging non sintered powders in environments and technological process development of manufacturing of wear-resistant constructional products is resulted. Parameters of milling of powders in atritor are investigated. The mechanism of compacting of powders at deformation in casing is established. Physical and mechanical properties of products from carbide steels are determined. The technological process has passed experimental industrial inspection at the powder metallurgy enterprise.
