Essay

The Dissertation deals with scientific research of the systems of requirements to employees in accordance with Working Law of Ukraine. This is the first research of the problem carried out on the materials of the Ukrainian Legislation. In the Soviet Union times this problem was also the subject of scientific investigation. The Dissertation presents the classification of the requirements to employees for the first time and on these grounds it is suggested that that the terminology which is used in the Labour Legislation should be regulated. As the only document which establishes the requirements to employees is the Reference Book of employees' qualification characteristics, which has the status of normative-technical act, the necessity to give to the Document the significance of normative-technical act is considered. It is suggested that provisions, which would formulate the common rules concerning the requirements to employees' health and medical examination, should be included into the Labour Code.It is advisable to liquidate the gap between making high moral demands of some employees and unregulated relations concerning collection of information and checking the list of employees.
