Bratishko V. Ground of process of work and parameters of a two-level grinder of green forages for pigs and waterfowl

The dissertation is devoted to questions of improvement of quality and efficiency of crushing of green forages for pigs and waterfowl. In work it is certain, that a perspective direction of perfection of working bodies of grinders of green forages is application of process different-plane two-level crushing with minimization of expenses of energy on formation and submission of raw material to cutting devices. On this basis the technological scheme of a two-level grinder of green forages with gravitational submission of a material realizing different-plane the scheme of cutting is proved. As a result of lead theoretical and experimental researches influence of the basic constructive and regime parameters of a two-level grinder and physical and mechanical properties of a crushed forage on parameters of productivity, quality and power consumption of working process of crushing is certain.
