The dissertation focuses on the elaboration of new pathogenetically proved method in children allergetic diseases, athopic dermatitis, prevention. It has been studied spreading and influence on new-born children such perynatal factors as athopia in the family, complicated obstetric anamnesis, taking medicines by a pregnant, somatic pathology, also chronic cytomegalovirus infection of a pregnant woman. It has been stated that risk-group children have high content of Ig E in the umbilical blood and proves the starting prenatal sensibilisation which later manifests the symptoms of athopic diseases of first-year children. Having based on condacting researches it has been created and used the constallation system aiming the diagnostical coefficient and information sense of the clinical and laboratorial signs for first-year children athopic dermatitis prognosing.
