The dissertation is devoted to the investigation of ways how to increase the treatment effectiveness of patients with carcinoma of uterine cervix T1b stage by the application of complex neoadjuvant therapy methods – lymphotropic polychemotherapy, lapherontherapy, cervical carcinoma cryoablation, gives the opportunity to decrease twice the number of complications and to shorten the period preoperative treatment, to provide ablastic the operation treatment, to conduct organs preserving treatment with the ovaries preservation and to increase of life quality of the patients.
