Yatskovs'kyj V. Improvement of vibro-acoustic method of diagnostics of a moto-tractor diesel fuel system equipment

The dissertation is devoted to the substantiation and improvement of vibro- acoustic method of diagnosing of fuel equipment and transmission mechanism of moto-tractor diesels of agricultural machines. Fs a result of theoretical and experimental research the improved vibro-acoustic method for location of damages in fuel system of diesels and transmission mechanisms of agricultural machinery based on the interrelation of damages in fuel equipment and vibroacceleration of block - crankcase of diesel engines of agricultural machinery is suggested.Mathematical model, parameters of which are the matrix of polynoms coefficient, determining in numerical form condition of separate units of moto-tractor diesels of agricultural machines has developed. The essence of automatic diagnosing consists in determining of technical condition of fuel equipments of moto-tractor diesels by recognizing and classifying of the received curves of vibroacceleration of block-crankcase of the engine in a neuron network, the database of which includes the curves of vibroacceleration of the engine's block-crankcase received by modeling of various damages.
