Marych K. Legal regulations of national natural parks of Ukraine (based on the materials of the Carpathian region of Ukraine).

The dissertation is dedicated to complex investigation of legal regulation of administration, protection and usage of national natural parks of Ukraine. The research contains definitions of specially protected areas and objects, and a national natural park. It formulates legal properties of a national natural park as a category of specially protected natural areas and objects. A collection of agencies carrying out state administrations of national natural parks is established and their efficiency is analyzed in this work. Analyzed is also internal control in national natural parks as well as the activity of state agencies in the sphere of administration and supervision of following the regulations of national natural parks. The issue of ensuring legal protection of national natural parks, including the problem of legal liability for violating the legal regulations of national natural parks is covered in this research. There are recommendations and suggestions, concerning the improvement of legislativeensuring of legal regulations of national natural parks of Ukraine, which are elaborated and substantiated.
