Probe-forming systems based on the multiplets of the quadrupole lenses. Theoretical investigation. For the first time the limit spatial resolution of multiplets of the quadrupole lenses has been determined as the dependency of system lenes number and the necessary spot size on the target. The theoretical model that describes the nonlinear dynamics of a charged particles beam in the probe-forming systems based on the multiplets of quadrupole lenses and considers all intrinsic and parasitic aberrations has been developed.
