The works is devoted to develop scientific bases for creating adaptive control systems of plasma-ionic treatment (PIT), combined treatment (CBT), In the work following problems have been solved: type choice of single-layer and multi-layer coating on details or сutting tools (CT), depending on using condition and character of temperature stress; creation systemic base for choice of technological parameters, geometrical parameters of placing detail and CT; control methods and feedbacks choice; creation of adaptive control system and its experimental verification for getting stable quality characteristics of details and CT. Results of research are applied in educational process of National Aerospace University "Kharkiv Aviation Institute".
