Essay

The dissertation is devoted to examination of peculiarity of chemical reactions of volatile compounds of zirconium ZrCl4 and Zr(acac)4 with participation surface silanol of groups with the purpose of reception of modified silicon dioxides with zirconiumsupported groups and nanoparticles of dioxide of zirconium. Chemical vapor deposition with use of tetrachloride of zirconium is obtained crystallites ZrO2 of tetragonal modification of the middle size 46-109 nm on a surface of pyrogenic silicon dioxide and 28-35 nm - on silica gel. Is shown, that the liquid-phase expedient of synthesis with use Zr(acac)4 and fumed silica results in formation of small quantity of a tetragonal phase ZrO2 with the size of particles 4-23 nm, while the basic part of dioxide of zirconium in nanoaggregate ZrO2/SiO2 is in amorphous state. Interesting that fact is, increasing of temperature of preparation of the samples up to 1000 °C with results to magnification of the content of a crystalline phase, thus the size of crystallites remains practically identical. The influence zirconiumsupported of silicas on chemical transmutations adsorbed polydimethylsiloxane on air and in vacuum is explored. Set, that the dioxide of zirconium rises spalling resistance dimethylsililic groups. For the first time with use highly dispersive zirconiumsupported silicas the new variant sol - gel of synthesis doped by dioxide of zirconium of xerogels designed and the transparent sol - gel quartz zirconiumsupported glass is obtained.
