Essay

The thesis is devoted to development of scientific fundamentals of chemical construction of multilevel magnetosensitive polyfunctional nanocomposites and studies of their physico-chemical properties. Nanosized magnetite having specific surface area Ssp=90 180 m2/g was prepared. For the first time, the method of surface modification of nanosized magnetite with poly(acryl amide) in HF-discharge plasma was developed. Chemical modification of nanosized magnetite surface with г-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, titanium and silicon dioxides was carried out. The structure and properties of the prepared nanocomposites were studied by a complex of physico-chemical methods. It was shown that the surface modification improves adsorptive characteristics, strength, and thermostability of the nanocomposites compared to the initial magnetite. Selection of prospective chemical compounds for immobilization on the surfaces of the nanocomposites was carried out for the medical and biological applications. Interactions in thesystems nanocomposite - biological object were practically tested.
