Deich S. Mechanisms of state regulation of the large-scale industrial enterprises interaction with the small and average business enterprises

A research object is processes of state stimulation of development of small and middle business. A research purpose is a decision of problem of development of small and middle business in Ukraine by forming of mechanisms of the state adjusting of co-operation of large industrial enterprises with the enterprises of small and middle business. Research methods - analysis of the systems and design; economic analysis and analysis of data of social statistics; analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction. The practical value of the got results is made recommendation on introduction of mechanism of the state adjusting of co-operation of industrial enterprises with the enterprises of small and middle business, which include the necessity of forming of regional clusters of a particular branch and innovative type. The scientific novelty of the got results consists in that a theoretical model, allowing the determinant of possibility of origin and high-quality development to define descriptions of small and middle business in the considered economic system on the basis of analysis, is developed at first; mechanisms of stimulation of co-operation of small and middle business for Ukraine on the whole and for natural monopolies developed. Methods of analysis of descriptions of small and middle business are in the certain economic system, and also methods of the state adjusting of small and middle business taking into account positions of theory of competitiveness of regions of М.Porter; principles of the concerted development of large enterprises with the enterprises of small and middle business; positions "Region strategies of development of small business in the Donetsk area to 2010 year" in part of primary purposes of this strategy improved. Becoming necessity "soft", businesses of networks in place of "hard", vertically integrated. Principles of introduction of the automatic control a production and supply systems, which enable co-ordination of activity of interactive enterprises in virtual space, - systems of MRP, MRP ІІ, ERP; new organizational forms of production co-operation of large enterprises with small and middle business - as centers subcontracting which function on the basis of new technologies of information got further development.
