Chau T. The land legislation of the Vietnam Socialist Republic and Ukraine: comparative legal analysis.

Thesis is devoted to the comparative legal research of basic provision of the land legislation of the VRS and Ukraine. Historical and legal analysis of its origin and development has been made. The VSR land law, as a main specialized normative act, that controls agrarian relations, has been regarded. Peculiarities of subordinate land legal normative acts have been found; main ways of land legislation improvement have been emphasized. Comparative analysis of the right of property in land and the right of land in the VSR and Ukraine according to the current doctrine has been made. Scientific conclusions and proposals concerning certain prescription of land law that regulate land relationships in the VSR and Ukraine have been proved.
