The dissertation is devoted to investigation of the convenient synthetic methods of thiacalix[4]arene functionalization, structural and complexing investigations of the obtained compounds. Synthetic procedures of the mono- and tetraalkylated derivatives of thiacalix[4]arene obtaining are proposed. The influence of the alkylating agent's, solvent's and base's nature for the reaction is investigated. Analytic characteristics of the alkoxyderivatives of thiacalix[4]arene are found. Some high efficient synthones on the base of thiacalix[4]arene are synthesized. The reactions of the chlorine atoms of chloromethylthiacalixarens substitution with different nucleophilic agents are investigated. Wide range of the functionalized thiacalixarenes with nitrogen-, phosphorus- and sulfurcontain groups at the upper rim are synthesized. Synthetic procedures of the tetrahydroxy(thia)calix[4]arene-tetracarbamoilphosphineoxides are worked out. Extracting properties of thiacalix[4]arene-tetracarbamoilphosphineoxide towardsto the cations of Americium and Europium are investigated. The possibility of tetracarbamoilphosphoryl-(thia)calix[4]arenes to form the hydrogen bonded dimeric capsules is shown. Processes of the gomo- and heterodimerization of tetracarbamoilphosphoryl-(thia)calix[4]arenes in solvents are investigated with the methods of NMR spectrometry. The molecular structures of the gomodimeric capsules and their complexes are confirmed by X-ray crystallography.
