Essay

In the dissertation covered are ideological and theoretical aspects of research of natiocracy in the European political science. The author investigates theoretical bases of natiocratic concepts in Ukrainian political idea of IXth and beginning of XXth century, socio-political ideas of establishing a natiocratic mode in the state, on the basis of use of a holistic approach to studying the historic-political heritage, methods of knowledge and theoretic-methodological bases of scientific works of the Ukrainian scientists abroad. It is established that different theoretic-methodological approaches used by authors while developing the natiocratic theory have been reflected in the substance of corresponding natiocratic forms, and defined are those historical-political ideas of the Ukrainian abroad which are assumed by author to still remain of current importance for practice of modern state construction in Ukraine. Have been analyzed the conceptual approaches by O.Bochkovsky and M.Stsiborsky to problems ofthe state construction as well as the integrity of natiocratic concept in a domestic theoretic-political idea.
