The dissertation is devoted to elaboration of theoretical and methodo-practical basis of (rendition) transcription in the aspect of composer's interpretation. It was defined, that the analysis of (rendition) transcription-transporting takes an important part in the analytic study of music, and have special peculiarity directed to the composer's interpretation. It is basis, on the foundation of which the conception of given analysis in musical theory and practice is built. System-structural functional, comparative, historical-standard (historical-typical) analytical methods are used in this analysis of transcription and it's object. Here such aspects as emotional and aesthetics were used and all analysis helped to create the modal of future strict and free example of transcription in modern home piano music (e.g. transcription of Bibika's Sonata). The results of dissertation have already been used by author in the pedagogical activities and in his work in the interpretation of different genre.
