Об'єкт дослідження - development of the Ukrainian legal culture. Мета дисертації - illumination Ukrainian philosophic outlook humanism as principle of development of national legal culture, judgement especial and natural in dynamics it development. Методи дослідження - philosophical methods (philosophic-idealistic, history-philosophical), number science (method of analogy and comparison, method of generalization) and specially - legal methods (social-legal, rather-legal). Наукова новизна - for the first time in domestic philosophy of law the complete system analysis of influence Ukrainian philosophic outlook humanism on development of national legal culture is conducted; is proved, that philosophic outlook humanism is the form spiritual of experience of a nation (people); is defined, what exactly the philosophic -legal ideology Russians as integral constituting their morally-legal culture is expressively, humanism directed on the affirmation and protection of a number of the natural deaths of the man and people. Практичне значення - in the dissertation is formulated and is proved conclusions and offers, which can be applied at the decision of concrete theoretical and practical problems connected to reforming of the jural sphere of life of the modern Ukrainian society. Предмет і ступінь впровадження - the materials and separate conclusions dissertation of job can be used at study of rates of philosophy of law of Ukraine, history of philosophy of Ukraine, history of the Ukrainian culture. Ефективність впровадження - conclusions and the offers have received a positive rating of the experts. Сфера використання - welfare development of the society and educational process.
