The aim of this study is to increase efficiency of diagnostics of the central nervous system lesions in tuberous sclerosis and neurofibromatosis-1 by use MRI. The semiotics peculiarities of the brain lesions in tuberous sclerosis and those depend on patient age were studied. It was established the brain lesions in tuberous sclerosis have age related characteristics on MR images. There was a negative correlation between age of patients when they had their first seizer onset and number of cortical tubers, the "sulcal island" type of the cortical tubers, number of linear migration lines in white matter. There was a negative correlation between number of NBO and patient's age. Patients with neurofibromatosis-1 who had NBO in associations with brain tumor had grater number of NBO compare to patients who had NBO only.
