Essay

Subject of a study - deformation and of the fluctuation of massive bodies with the shell elements. Purpose of thesis - development of the effective method of three-dimensional analysis and investigating of the stress-strained state and natural fluctuations of the units of energys-machine taking into account the contact of elements and presence of cracks. The modification of the multigrid method of final elements is developed for solving set of tasks and is developed the method of the calculation of cracks in the diagram FEM the theoretical and practical results of work they comprise: the developed modification of the multigrid method of final elements for the massive bodies with the shell fragments; the development of the method of the simulation of cracks in the diagram FEM; the numerical solution of new contact task for the diaphragm of steam turbine; the mathematical models of the elements of the turbines, which have cracks and experiencing contact interaction. The novelty of the obtained results consists of development and substantiation of effective three-dimensional models and methods of calculation stress-strained state and natural fluctuations of the volumetric units of energys-machine and the determination of laws governing their deformation taking into account of imperfections and contact interaction of component elements. The results of studies are inculcated in joint stock company "Turboatom". The results of studies can be used in the turbine, the engine construction and in power machine building.
