Essay

In a thesis complex holostic approach for structural perfection rating of LaGa - substituted epitaxial films yttrium-iron garnet is proposed. For epitaxial growing LaGa - substituted epitaxial films yttrium-iron garnet the optimal supercooling value ( T=25 K) is obtained. The distribution of strain and temper in a structure epitaxial films yttrium-iron garnet, post-growth treatment of processes conditions and cutting are studied. The fact of superficial layer's anionic sublattice nonstoichiometry is fixed. Functional dependences of total magnetic moments angle's orientation versus external magnetic field's magnitude and substitution degree's are experimental established. The dipole-dipol interaction's contribution in effective magnetic fields on ferrous nuclei versus gallium substitution degree are separated. The aging processes in stressed films superficial layers at room temperature are investigated.
