Subject of research – onboard information and control systems (OICS) development process. Goal of research – increasing survivability of OICS based on forming and analysing their component functional structures. The last reduce degree of fault consequences. Pursued researches are based on using theory of probability; theory of matrices, logistics, theory of Petri nets and mathematical modelling principles to build models of system operating for the method of survivability analysis; and on using set theory and theory of combinations for developing the method of function distribution between system components. In the thesis methods and information technology elements are developed for defining of component functional structures of survivable OICS. Scientific results are: the method of function distribution between onboard information and control system components using survivability criterion; it enables to reduce system degradation degree; the method of onboard information and control system survivability analysis which enables to increase the analysis fullness because it uses the proposed deterministic evaluations along with probabilistic ones; system operating models built on Petri nets with color fishes and arcs; they sometimes enable to simplify the modeling when survivability evaluations are defined. Degree of application – industrial. Main results are assume to use in organizations and enterprises engaged in development information and control systems for airspace and energy complexes.
