The dissertation deals with peculiarities of state support of agricultural goods producers in Ukraine, concept, functions, nature and principles of such support. The author examines distinctive features of legal regulation of individual types of state support of agricultural goods producers. Main attention is paid to the issue of state regulation of prices on individual types of agricultural goods, leasing, hypothecation purchase of grain, crediting as types of state support of agricultural goods producers. On the basis of the conducted analysis of statutory acts, recommendations and suggestions are made concerning improvement of legislation in the field of state support of agricultural goods producers.
