The development and actualization of sections of the rubricator of scientific library " Information and computer technology " and "Cybernetics" is realized. The authority file for support of the rubricator of the scientific library is developed, which realizes the mechanism of semantic network. The technology model of support of the rubricator of the electronic library is offered.
