Object - feature of clinical and immunological current of bronchial asthma and character of apoptosis disturbances in children with different level of physical development; methods - clinical, functional, laboratory, statistical; novelty - the comparative analysis of the cytokine and immune unbalance is given in children who suffer from bronchial asthma depending on physical development, it established, that the ascertainment of the fact of suppressive apoptosis increase, the expediency of research of a level of immune cell apoptosis is proved, the expediency and efficiency of use antihomotoxic preparations «Lymphomyosot», «Mucosa compositum» and «Bronchalis-Heel» in treatment of children with a bronchial asthma is scientifically proved; results – the process of immune cell apoptosis increases in children with bronchial asthma, higher level of apoptosis is in children with delay of physical development; it is proved, that correction of the cytokine and immune unbalance allows to increase efficiency oftreatment of these children; branch - medicine.
