Object of research - newly detected pulmonary tuberculosis; the purpose - increase of efficiency of diagnostic and treatment of a pulmonary tuberculosis in the women in reproductive age and in the pregnant woman by determination of peculiarities its detection, natural history and treatment; methods - clinical, x-ray, microbialogic, statistical; novelty - is established the rate of infection with micobacteria tuberculosis among the women in different age groups; is demonstrated direct relation between infection with micobacteria and smoking; is established high specificity (92,5 %) and sensitivity (80 %) of serological immunochromatographic test "Gecsagon test " in diagnostic of a tuberculosis and latent tuberculosis; rate of morbidity with tuberculosis in Ukraine increased for last 5 years predominantly among the women of reproductive age on 43 %, as contrasted to by women as a whole is established. Maximum level of a morbidity for the women falls on 25-34 of year, and for the men - on 35-44 of year; the medical and personal causes of delay of diagnostic of a tuberculosis are established; is studied frequency of bronchial obstruction and its relation from smoking, infection with micobacteria tuberculosis. Independly from sex, in smokers the frequency of bronchial obstruction increase on the average by 30 % as contrasted to by those, which one do not smoke; it is determined, that the treatment results for the women and for the men in case of completion of the basic course of chemotherapy do not differ, however men more often interrupt treatment. The side effects from antituberculosis drugs develop more than for 20 % of the patients, independly from sex, but the hepatotoxic side reactions were in 2,9 times more often for the pregnant woman, and dispepsic f reactions in 2 times were more often for the women and 1,8 times for the pregnant woman, than for the men.
