Ladyga L. The Sources on History of Judicial Proceeding among the National Minorities at the Times of the Corenizacia Policy in Ukraine.

In the present dissertation the comprehensive thorough analysis of the whole complex of sources on the history of judicial proceeding among national minorities as one of the elements of the corenizaciya policy has been given. The classification of the sources has been done; their peculiarities and scientific value of each group have been determined. Normative and business documents of the authorities of all levels, official papers of the party bodies, criminal cases documents and business documents, materials of „GPU" bodies, statistical sources, mass media information and that of personal origin, are singled out in separate groups.Within each block of sources, groups and subgroups are determined and the systemic ties between them are described. New, non-previously used historic sources have been analyzed and introduced into scientific circulation. The repressions technology against different groups of national minorities (incl. clergymen, political and opposition leaders, intellectuals) is displayed.The detailed analysis of sources on history of national minorities at the times of corenizaciya in contemporary scientific literature was given, and recommendations on the use of investigation results in scientific and educational branches are suggested.
