Maksymchuk J. Activity of the State Committees on the investigations of Nazi's crimes on the territory of Ukraine (1941-1951): specific contain and information potential of the source complex

The dissertation investigation devoted to the analysis of the complex of sources, that contain information about the reasons of creating, main directions and results of activity of Extraordinary State Committee on the territory of Ukraine and of local assistants to its activity, forms and methods of their work, personal contribute of its members to the clarification of damages, caused by Nazi occupants.On the basis of complete analyzing of the wide-range of historical sources and scientific literature, it was reconstructed the activity of Extraordinary State Committee on the territory of Ukraine, the Ukrainian Republican Committee and their local assistants and investigated the reasons of creating of such institutions in the dissertation. The complexes of documents, created by the Committee activity, were analyzed, and their information potential was find out. The contribution of Ukrainian archivists to the activity of the Ukrainian Republican Committee and preparing of documents collections, clarifiedthe occupants crimes, was carefully studied.
