Bakhurynskay E. Criminal and Legal characteristic of violation of labour protection legislation (article 271 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

Thesis is the first monographic complex research in Ukraine legal elements of violation of labour protection legislation. This dissertation contains a complex legal analysis of objective and subjective elements of the corpus delicti specified in article 271 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Is considers main approaches in normative regulation this elements in modern criminal legislation of Ukraine and legislation of some foreign states. It examines specific criminal-legal content of violation of labour protection legislation, and its co-relation with other crimes; author's definition of object of researched crime is offered. On the basis of the result received during research , offer concerning improvement criminal legislations of Ukraine and practice of its application are developed.
