Syrotyak M. Defending the victim's rights in administration of cases of administrative offence.

The dissertation deals with a complex research of theoretical and practical issues of the victim's rights in administration of cases of administrative offence. The problem has been researched through specification and definition of the concept of "administrative law defence of the victim's rights". Done there was disclosure of contents and mechanisms of the victim's rights defence in administration of cases of administrative offence; determination of drawbacks of legal regulation of the administrative procedure status of the victim; disclosure of the role of other participants of the administrative administration in defence of property and non-property rights of the victim, infringed by an administrative offence thereof; analysis of forms of defence of property and non-property rights of the victim, revealing drawbacks and gaps in the legislation; as well as provision of specific statements as to the improvement of the administrative procedure legislation of Ukraine concerning defence of the victim's rights in an administrative offence, with a special emphasis on the statement of introduction of the civil action in administration of cases of administrative offence.
