Stets O. Improvement of parameters of quality of modern management systems of telecommunication networks

Thesis is devoted to the solution of scientific and technical problems of the improvement the parameters of quality of modern management systems (MS) of telecommunication network (TCN). Due to analysis of modern condition of networks and services the requirements to perspective TCN are formulated. The functional model of NGN networks and architecture of TCN based on NGN concept is presented. The prior use of MS NGN, which due to flexibility and scalability allows to adapt easily to the newest technologies is determined. It is proved that at designing MS in networks of new generation a hierarchical principle of subordination is absent, but instead of it a "federal" principle of management is accepted. The model of determination of object of management for model MS TMN is designed. The technique of synthesis of model tested object by means of decomposition of model is developed. The mathematical model which characterizes the basic modes of modern MS is developed. Owing to the information-entropyapproach to determination of the state of controllable objects of the TCN the common estimated correlations, which can be concretized for quantitative evaluation of objects of TCN of any technology are received. The received results cover the newest technological solutions and allow to improve parameters of MS quality of TCN of Ukraine. The area of implementations is the telecommunication systems.
