Stolbovyi V. Administrative Enforcement Methods of External Migration Regulation

The workpiece implies research of migration processes' regulative provision in Ukraine. Introduces the analysis migration process and migration policy in Ukraine. Through investigation of forms and methods, used by state organs for migration processes' regulation has been elaborated. Special attention is attached to the administrative enforcement, means of prevention, cease and administrative accountability of foreign citizens. The applicant makes and analysis for the body of administrative breaches, which emerge from the break of settlement and transit rules by foreigners and individuals without citizenship. The scholar establishes the ways to improve the procedural regimentation for administrative cases, according to article 203.
