Voronovich A. Improvement of motor graders with mass 15-16t by means of completeness with power modules of heightened reliability

Research object: process of forming of the dynamic loadings on a working organ and back carriage of motor grader. Research purpose: increase of operating qualities of motor grader by acquisition by the modules of high reliability. Research methods: theoretical and experimental methods, based on the theory of vibrations of the nonlinear systems, theory of co-operation of working wheels and working organs of earth-moving machines with the developed environment, are used, on the theory of statistical treatment of results of experiments. Novelty: new conformities to the law of loading of working organ, metal construction and back carriage of motor grader in the processes of stroke of motor grader mouldboard and at putting an a knife into soil are set. The practical value of the got results consists in development of new and clarification of existent methods of calculation of loadings on a back carriage and metal construction of motor grader, in the ground of acquisition of motor grader by the heightened reliability modules, in the use of the got results during modernization of DZk-251 motor grader and creation of a new machine by the Stroydormash factory (Kharkov). Sphere of use: road-build technique, research and project organizations.
