In thesis is dedicated to decision of the actual scientific problem - a rise to serviceability shunter diesel locomotive by introducing the rational system of the technical maintenance and repair with provision for designs shunter diesel locomotive, region to usages, way of its execution and performer. In her formalized problem optimum system choice of the technical maintenance and repair, is received target function to optimization of the system of the technical maintenance and repair. The Offered model to minimization to target function of the performing the system of the service and repair with provision for optimization overhaul run, choice of the type of the system of the service and repair, which takes into account the type of the rolling stock and ways of the execution, repair and performers.
